Our planning and development
work includes all pre-opening
services. From securing financing and permits to construction
and equipment purchasing, we make sure our physician partners are
proud owners of a state-of-the-art facility. SCP Management Inc. also negotiates
managed care contracts so
that our partners receive the highest reimbursement rates possible.
SCP Management Inc. assumes responsibility for accreditation
and quality assurance at our centers. We obtain state licensure,
Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO)
certification, and Medicare accreditation. We handle every aspectfrom
application to on-site surveys.
When it comes to staffing and
operations management, SCP Management Inc. takes care of recruitment,
training, and supervision of all non-physician support personnel
at the center. We also provide comprehensive oversight for the nursing
staff, select and maintain clinical
information systems, and purchase
all equipment, supplies and medications used in the surgery center.
SCP Management Inc. manages the administrative functions related to billing
and collections and provides all financial
services, including planning, reporting and accounting services.
